Aimsparkk Hosting Terms

These terms explain how Aimsparkk Hosting works before and after a client starts backup-only hosting, managed WordPress hosting, or managed VPS hosting. They keep service scope, global delivery, billing, security, support, and ownership clear.

Service scope

  • Backup-only hosting includes hosting space, backup coverage, basic DNS and SSL guidance, and a restore request path.
  • Managed WordPress hosting adds WordPress-aware support, SSL/DNS help, security monitoring, update review, migration support on selected plans, and care tasks listed on the chosen plan.
  • Managed VPS hosting is reviewed before activation so the environment can match the workload, migration risk, traffic, region, backup plan, and technical support needs.
  • Domains, business email, paid plugins, premium themes, third-party licenses, major rebuilds, custom development, and large recovery scopes are quoted separately unless written into the plan or proposal.

Global availability and region

Aimsparkk accepts remote hosting requests from international businesses, subject to payment availability, acceptable use, sanctions and legal restrictions, technical suitability, support fit, and workload review. The current standard hosting platform operates from Helsinki, Finland in the European Union. Managed VPS location is confirmed before activation and may use a different region when the approved workload requires it.

Clients must disclose any contractual, regulatory, residency, or compliance requirement before purchase. A standard hosting plan is not automatically a regulated-industry compliance service.

Prices, currency, and taxes

Public hosting prices and Stripe checkout use United States dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, withholding, bank charges, foreign-exchange costs, domains, licenses, email plans, and third-party services are separate unless checkout or a written proposal says otherwise.

Stripe Checkout may collect a billing address and an optional eligible business tax ID for billing records. Collection of an address or tax ID does not mean tax is automatically calculated, collected, or remitted for every jurisdiction. Clients are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax information and for obtaining their own tax advice where required.

Trial and billing setup

Aimsparkk may offer a no-card trial so the account, dashboard, DNS instructions, and onboarding process can begin before paid renewal. Secure billing setup is required before the trial renews into a paid service. Clients should never send card details by email, chat, ticket, screenshot, or dashboard message.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew according to the selected checkout terms until cancelled. Lifetime-paid family or internal arrangements are private exceptions and do not create a public lifetime-hosting offer.

Client responsibilities

  • Keep domain registrar access, DNS ownership, business email access, billing details, and WordPress administrator ownership accurate.
  • Do not install nulled themes, cracked plugins, suspicious scripts, fake verification snippets, or code from unknown sources.
  • Respond to DNS, migration, malware, billing, and access requests when Aimsparkk needs confirmation to continue.
  • Keep independent copies of important business files, customer exports, credentials, invoices, and legal or compliance records.
  • Use the service lawfully and follow the published acceptable use policy.

Suspension and cancellation

Aimsparkk may suspend or limit a hosting service for unpaid renewal, chargeback risk, abuse, malware, spam, phishing, severe resource abuse, unsafe credentials, sanctions or legal restrictions, or activity that risks customers or infrastructure. Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next renewal date so billing, handoff, backup, and DNS steps can be planned cleanly.
